Prior to TAMU coming into the SEC making a new schedule, we always played some OOC team or average at best SEC team after Bama. That game was always a time to heal the wounds of the annual biggest battle on LSU's schedule. Now they give us another team in the mold of Alabama, right after Alabama, just with less talent. Hard nosed, game manager QB that sometimes evolves into a decent playmaker, powerful run game, and emphasis on trench play on both sides of the ball.
Oh well, Les and the boys will just have to step up and get over the hump.

I would think that it is most likely. The Bama game is always physical and emotional. Then having to get back up for a road game against Arkansas after a big win against Bama. That is a tall order.

That has to be tough for the LSU players and staff. Playing a physical football team like Arkansas the week after that is hyped and motivated to win is really tough. I'm glad we get State after the tigers.
