This is a single screw up by an individual that's had to live thru the worst oppression in American history. He should be commended for just trying to help a brother out. It's what any fambly member would do.

Everyone practiced at Alabama including Sexton. Avery pretty confident in the eligibility of his players.
Becoming more and more clear that this associate AD acted alone and didn't pass any money along nor is there any evidence he tried to influence Sexton.
There's a reason why the 4 coaches were arrested and he wasn't.

There's a reason he wasn't targeted like the Auburn coach.
He took money but it doesn't even appear he had an opportunity or time to "influence" Sexton to sign with this financial advisor when he declared for the NBA.
