quite a leap to be an above average high school coach and then get a job in the ADs office the same year your prized 5 star recruit signs with ole miss. he won a state title in the lowest private school division in TN, and it took him years before briacrest was even competitive. it took him recruiting players like greg hardy and michael oher playing against small unathletic white kids

I can't remeber his exact title, but Freeze was hired during Orgeron's tenure. He had a recruiting position then a line coaching position. I have never given much thought to Hugh Freeze and his career, but all this sanction talk piqued my interest and I did a little googling. As I mentioned earlier, after what I read, I don't know how he pulled off his St. Hugh shtick.
ETA: when OM fans claim that the worst violations occurred before Freeze got there, they have forgotten that he was there.

being completely serious, Briarcrest wouldn't let Disney use the school's name or Freeze's name in the movie because he cussed once during the movie. Briacrest, along with ECS, is the biggest holier-than-thou school in the Memphis area.
