Too much alcohol, when mixed with latent stupidity, never ends well. The tea bagger should have suffered some consequences but a 2 yr sentence with chance of release after 10 months is a little harsh. Lol at all the posters here, mostly LSU fans, who act like Brian Downing is the second coming of Jeffrey Dahmer. The dude lost his livelihood and was the subject of national scorn and ridicule. That, plus a 30 day sentence, would have been a more appropriate punishment.
