Honestly one of the games I absolutely can’t wait for. I hope Arky goes in dry.
So in other words LSU goes cold turkey on Arkansas when the game being played later this year?

I’ve kept up with the Baylor case, I hate Baylor, I’ve read the news since it broke to now, the judge still asking for the law firms report is the last update, but nothing there shows that Art was in collusion with the university, the university gave him a letter stating he was not at fault or knew, sounds like he really was a scape goat, that it was a Baylor problem, but who knows, what have you heard that should keep him out of coaching? I’m split in this to be honest but even Baylor admitted Briles had no idea, Idk, even Baylor is split on this
Maybe it was to keep Baylor from beating both Oklahoma and Texas in football?!

One or two or maybe even three claims of rape? Sure, it could be a case of conspiracy.
But over 50 rapes by over 30 players? frick no! Those Baylor teams were raping girls.
Art Briles and his clan are scumbags. You'd have to go out of your way to recruit that many rapists to your team.

Tevin Elliot received 20 years. The other players beat their cases, but that wasn't that difficult with good attorneys and if a girl doesn't know what to do. I'm more inclined to believe it happened, because while really drunk in college is pretty much 90% of true ones.

If this is true, then it's an indictment of colleges, universities and public education.
If you get raped, you call the police.

No
Small school coordinator or P5 shadow staff analyst. His name is still toxic.

you are dumb as frick. When someone is in shock they aren't thinking clearly, and some women don't want to have to deal with court and a defense attorney attacking them.

I understand this is traumatic for the victims but you have to get past this if you want justice.
Colleges are not equipped to investigate, adjudicate, or prosecute crimes, much less crimes as serious as sexual assault. Nor should they be.
If someone is violated, the must go to the police to get the evidence in the books and get the legal process started.

If my dad was considered a legend in the field I worked in, I’d call his arse daily. That would actually make my life a lot easier.

I may be, but I know to call the law when a crime occurs.

So you prefer a legal system where men are punished without a review of evidence, a legal defense or the right to confront their accuser?
Very Harper Lee-ish.
