Prove it with facts like links to articles or arrest records, or stfu.

I can make sweeping accusations as well. Watch.

"I am almost positive since Saban's hire, Alabama has paid for more college players than all the other SEC teams combined."

See how that works?

I'm not saying Auburn hasn't had its share of bad children, but atleast dirtyaubie backed it up with facts.

It takes a real mental giant to lump in crap Saban had to deal with when he first got here with some of Shula's recruits....Auburn's had more issues over the last 2 months than Bama has had over the past 12-24 months

Every team has their fair share of bad children - Honestly, in this conference you want some bad guys with aggression, attitude, a mean streak.

When they take that bad-arse attitude and make stupid decisions you have an issue that begs to be addressed.

Chizik addressed the situation, pronto. He made a statement with the suspension and the team curfew. If they act like kids, they will be treated like kids.

IMO, Chizik has had enough of the off the field shite and he intends to send a message. When one athlete fricks up, the whole team suffers.

I guarantee you the peer pressure to do the right thing and accountability will be jacked up a notch or two now. The screw-ups will be dealt with "internally" - i.e. there will be some players dishing out the punishment from now on. In the end, leaders will emerge and the whole team will be better in thd long run.

I hate it, but I can't help but give kudos to Chizik.

Nice list for sure... But you must remember that Bama fan hates facts and will hijack your thread in an attempt to kill it...

Auburn's 1 major offense(Felony 4), plus 2 PI, Eric Smith, are deemed as the program is out of control...

Bama fan, please show us other ARREST.

So, I count 12 Bama players/commitments arrested in 5 years for Saban.

In Chizik's 3 years, I know of the following (could be more):

Antonio Goodwin - felony robbery

Dakota Mosely - felony robbery

Michael McNeil - Felony robbery

Kowaski Kitchens - felony robbery

Eric Smith - domestic violence

Trovon Reed - failure to appear

Zeke Pike - PI

Dee Liner - shouting at cops

Dee Liner - trespassing

Reese Dismukes - PI

That's 10 arrests in 3 years. The interesting thing is that most of Bama's arrests came within the first 18 months of Saban's arrival. The last 2 years have been very quiet. Chizik's 1st 2 offseasons were quiet, and the last 2 have been pretty bad.

I love facts. Here's a key one: the Bama list is over 5+ years. Most of AU's you or has been in the past 18 months.

thats 4 major offenses, not one. the OP lists Deadrick, Upchurch, and Fanney seperately and they were all in the same incident. just saying

I've been here for years and there are many AU posters that I like and have respect for on this board.

Your NtY schtick gets old even to your own AU brothers.

They were 4 different arrests. Yes, it was one incident, but it was 4 players who were arrested.

i like that the Barron arrest is listed but no context is given. The guy made a false statement to a cop to protect his cousin, who had taken baron's car without permission and crashed it, then fled the scene. good intention, bad judgement. and our armed robbery guy had a bb gun. good stuff
