I'd put it between Slim and None.
They had a chance when the SEC west was down, now they have Texas A&M to deal with as well?
Arky might still have a chance. With a pod system in the future 16 team conference.

below average against good teams is a good coach???
I'm just saying I'm not sure if he's good or not. I can say the same thing about many coaches in the SEC though including Boom.

They peaked at #3 in 2011.
Arkansas has not beat Alabama in 6 years.
LSU usually beats them.
Texas A&M will probably beat them on par with LSU.
It doesn't look good for Arky.

If A&M continues to do well, about 7%.
Of course alot depends on whether Bielema ends up doing well, so cant really tell. If this is just a troll job, disregard my comments.

Arkansas had their best chance this year, but BMFP would have rather had some strange. Now they have to rebuild and contend with a stronger West with the addition of the faggies. Arkansas will not win the SEC for quite some time.

One thing we can count on is that the next football season...will always be Arkansas' year!
Right now...they can't wait for next season. This time next year, there they'll be again excited for the next season.
This is "Arkansas' Process." Put away the lack of accomplishment and look toward the future.
Don't worry your Arkie selves with things like lack of conference titles and poor overall bowl performance.
Pick ya heads up. You're a Hog! 2013 is right around the corner....and after that?
We'll have 2014.
edit - of course this applies if we're all still here after Friday!

He has a far better record than what both Miles and Saban had

I don't know if that's true or not but it doesn't change the fact that Saban is now recruiting at Alabama and Miles is recruiting at LSU. Bert is recruiting at Arky just to be clear.
Pick the 2 schools of the 3 that are far more likely to get the recruits likely needed to win the SECCG.
So, even if Bert's record of being under.500 against the good B1G teams is better than Les or Nicky, he's still facing an uphill battle.
ETA: The answer to the OPs question IMHO is 13.25%.

Ah yes, lets not forget:
2012:
When LSU's defense was going to be better than the 85 Bears.
:mettsiah:
The year LSU finally breaks the 54 year curse and finishes undefeated.
Now we get to look forward to 2013 the year when:
LSU's defense is better than the 85 bears.
The return of :mettsiah:

More important question...will LSU win another BCS bowl while Saban is still in town?
Haven't won one since 2007. A once above-average program is now settling for Chick-fila bowls.

Giving their coach an extension and a raise for the bowl, because that is the program's expectation level.
