Look, LSU isn't Alabama. Not even close...as seen this pat weekend.

Yet, you think your offense is going to run all over Arkansas, when Alabama couldn't?

The proof is in the pudding in what this Arkansas scheme is built to stop...power run teams...it's not that damn hard to distinguish between the difference in the types of offenses and what Arkansas has success against.

LSU IS NOT Alabama....period

It's simple.

Look at non spread teams Arkansas has played the last two seasons. Now look at spread teams. The Arkansas defense is built for stopping the power run teams.

You understand the difference in the LSU offense and what Ole Miss/Auburn/Texas Tech run, correct?

Are your defensive lineman athletic freaks that can completely dominate any offensive line they face and are capable of getting into the other teams backfield? Your 8 sacks in 9 games leaves me a bit doubtful.

Neither is Arkansas. We can play our game and beat the Hogs. Power run with deep passes mixed in.

Arkansas is very deep on the defensive line. Rotating 8-8 guys in and out during a series. We can't do that against HUNH teams.

The Arkansas defensive line did just fine against that same Alabama Oline your defense struggled with this past weekend, stopping the run.

Not having great pass rushers =/= not being able to stop the run.

You think you are going to play like Alabama's defense? Bama beat us with an very experienced, freakishly talented athletic front. You don't have anything even remotely like that. You basing how effective your defense is going to be against us based on the bama game is the same hubris we had thinking we could go against that front and do what we did based on our game against Florida. I may be wrong and yall may turn into freaks of nature when you play power running teams but I don't think so.

Just do some research. It's not hard.

You're a dog chasing your own tail at this point...

Now what is the Arkansas rush defense results against power running teams that are not HUNH? I'll help, over the last two years under Robb Smith...

2014
Alabama: 66 yards 2.1 ypc
LSU: 36 yards 1.1 ypc
Texas: 2 yards 0.1 ypc

2015
UTEP: 58 yards 1.7 ypc
Alabama: 134 yards 2.9 ypc
LSU: ?
Bowl Game: ?

That isn't a whole lot of evidence to overcome the terrible tackling I saw last weekend and your generally mediocre stats against the run this season. What was it like 30 missed tackles against Ole Miss?
