i really haven't see many 'was it this or that'- i've seen various things blamed for the loss which are probably all partially true- none really an excuse. the comments i've seen have been straight out pissed not making excuses.
it doesn't matter tho- we sucked and there's probably no reason to even discuss tech. we'll probably suck then too.
damn, i'm getting more pissed as the days go on- saturday i was calm.

FWIW, I've had an opportunity to interact with a former NFL offensive lineman whose now a guru in strength and conditioning.
One team he played for wanted him to bulk up to over 320 in the offseason (previous 290-300), he did so and immediately got owned in training camp. He said it was like he was a planet and the defensive players were like asteroids zipping by. He immediately cut down to 295ish.
