Good matchup IMO. Also good geography wise for both teams.

Interesting matchup, I expect Arky will run roughshod over them.

Sellout easily between us being right next door and Kansas not having been to a bowl in like 15 years.

I don't know center Ricky Stromberg declared for the draft and I'm sure they will have problems with a new center.

This is the type of game Arkansas will lose because Kansas will come out fired up and hungry.

I don’t know if Brett McMurphy was serious though because he was responding to a joke Reddit tweet about it

It depends on Monday on how many players opt out for this game. Arkansas is a jekyll and hyde team. They would play soft and lose to Liberty but two weeks later stomp top 15 Ole Miss.

Yuck this game is going to be on a Wednesday. I don't see how that wouldn't hurt attendance.

The bad thing about the Liberty Bowl is the date, and that it's played in the Liberty Bowl.

I went to the liberty bowl twice. Back in 2009 was miserably cold. Arkansas didn't convert a third down all game. Both teams had kickers that kept missing. Until Arkansas finally kicked one in the third overtime I believe. As soon as the game was over, everyone rushed to the cars like a black friday sale and got the hell out.

The second time in 2015 was better. Trash cans were so full that it spilled all over the ground. They didn't have enough womens restrooms and so they shared it with the men, it was awkward.
