Lol. We ran all over Arkansas in the second half. They couldn't make a comeback against us with last years paper defense and with Manziel in time out, I'm not worried about this year.

As long as you are ok with never ever winning an SEC Championship, then more power to you. I'd love to have a couple of those T&F championships, though.

You lost a majority of your best playmakers on defense. It can get worse.

How much actual pressure did your DLINE get? Pretty much none, other than after manziel held the ball forever.
We remember flowers, he was a clown. He danced for 30 secs after a 1/2 sack, when manziel ran right into him. He ran his mouth the whole game, and made the "throw a flag" motion whenever manziel said something. He was way more animated and flamboyant than Michael Sam ever was.

Missed assignments are a part of a bad defense dude. We had plenty of missed assignments too. Missed assignments aren't some sort of legitimate reason.
I've yet to hear a valid reason to why a&m defense won't be as awful as it was last year

Didn't those guys play on an 0-8 team? What makes them better now considering every team they played in the SEC last season handled them? Can you offer any reasoning behind your projection outside of being an Arkansas fan?

Well it wasn't his projection. The article is from NFL.com. So unless they're an Arkansas fan then it was written by an unbiased third party.
A better question is who are you to say they aren't good? Its apparent you don't actually know who they are if you're questioning the premise. It's also a crazy thought but there are more than two people on a football team that contribute to the overall record.

1. I seriously doubt NFL.com is qualified to accurately evaluate SEC players.
2. I remember Philon from the OM game last season. He was good. We still put up over 500 yards of offense on "the most talented D-Line tandem in the SEC". (Because they aren't)

our dline was the best part of our team last year fwiw.
however our linebackers and secondary were fricking terrible

You conveniently left out the part where Brother Wallace threw for 430 yards on those two jabronis. I guess the best D Line tandem in the SEC doesn't need a pass rush.
