Ive never seen a board more full of cutthroats. They need to focus on their lackluster AD and coordinaters. Jmho

Les has been afforded every opportunity to succeed. Our boosters are extremely supportive, which is why we have the highest paid staff in the country. He has modern facilities that will be augmented and upgraded. He has a unique recruiting advantage. Overall, he has one of the best setups in all of college football, and he continues to underperform through poor planning, sloppy execution, and an inability to adapt.
His level of performance since 2011 has been unacceptable. There are undercurrents that higher ups are increasingly disillusioned with him, and his latest loss was a turning point. He's an overall good guy, but his seat is starting to get more than warm right now. What unfolds for the remainder of the season will be huge.

Les aint the problem. Hes the only coach in the country that sees that as a destination job. Too hostile there. Cutthroat trout! Im not sure youd end up with a better coach. Hes gotta have some gravitas and les DOES!
