Kid makes a mistake. How many 18 year old's have made mistakes? I know I did. Hopefully he'll learn from this.

The question is how quickly can aggy pin responsiblity for his crimes on Bielema or, better yet, somehow Art Briles. I've been amazed at their efforts with Baylor players who are convicted of crimes.

I'm kind of impressed now. Respect for the young man that chose to drive a scooter drunk so that he didn't endanger people behind the wheel.

.09 on a scooter. Only pulled over for an inop taillight.

After the first few pages I thought he must have t-boned a bus full of nuns and orphans with a .34 BAC.

He practically tore his liver's ACL and people are making jokes about it.

That should be just the start of it. Of course, he won't have a license for a while to begin with, most likely.

This is just dumb teenager shite, not really 'thug' shite.
He will suffer for it, but not a dismissal event by itself - however, it is definitely strike one of maybe two and he's out.

He was already slated to RS along with Gragg, pending unforeseen injuries etc.
