I'm already fairly large on Arkansas first half -19.5 but am looking to make it a monster play. Bert has never been one to show mercy dating back to his Wisconsin days, and the razorbacks should average 7 yards per carry in this matchup.
What's the feeling around campus, is this going to be an absolute bloodbath??

Hard to know. I'm expecting them to score at least a TD and us to have around 24+.
I'm hoping to see our FG kicker get some in game practice so hopefully we have a little bit of trouble moving in the RZ once our starters get pulled.
eta: UTEP's HC's presser was the craziest preview presser I've ever heard/seen. Spent like 12 min's praising us and saying that all they wanted to do is compete due to the skill gap.

Yea unless qb brandon Allen gets hurt and OC enos turns out to be a terrible play caller.

Feeling is....
You have two teams that both like to slow the game down....so scoring is not gonna get out of hand.

We will dominate the line of scrimmage even with backups. Especially on defense. I feel pretty good about being up more than 21 first half.
Kansas state best the crap out of UTEP last season and UTEP had a decent QB then (Was barely beat out by JFF at A&M before transferring to UTEP). It was 3rd quarter before they got their 2nd 1st down of the game. I think it was 45-0 in the 3rd.
They played Texas Tech pretty well but Tech couldn't stop a run with 15 defenders on the field. And UTEP still lost despite 11 Tech turnovers, including 2 that covered a 4th and 9 for UTEP scoring drive

It's no secret that Arkansas is the best team in the country this year. Smash mouth Bert ball is going to revolutionize the game of football.
