I'm willing to bet that significantly more studies list arkansas as dumber than missouri, but your selectiveness in finding one that doesn't is admirable

I won't flood my post with all of the lists I found but anyone trying to say arkansas is a smarter state than missouri is laughable.

Plus they have to realize the inner city KCMO and STL school districts drag Missouri down a lot. Those are some terrible schools. KCMO schools are almost just as bad as NOLA schools.

You're being more selective than I am. Two of your rankings are from 2005-2007 and the last one is just a percentage with college degrees..not average test scores. Arkansas>Misery.

Well that is something Missouri should not try to accomplish.
SEC has 5 states in top Least Educated rankings.
2. Mississippi
3. Arkansas
4. Kentucky
5. Louisiana
6. Alabama
Arkansas>Kentucky/Louisiana/Alabama
