Are free haircuts allowed for the whole student body?
This is an alarming trend and it needs to be addressed.

How is this any different than a gym that is not open to the rest of the student body?

It's not different, if there is another gym and another barber shop the college provides to their students.
Does Arky offer free haircuts to other students in another campus barber shop?

It really was just a play on the OPs post. Kentucky has barbershops in both football and basketball facilities.

The OP said it was a $10 value being taken advantage of 5-7 times per year. That's where I got the figure.

I haven't been a student in a while but there used to be a barber shop in the Union. So yeah... we gave haircuts to students as well.

Don't stop there...go into how many meals are free for football players across the country. How Nike supplies football players with free merchandise.
Why limit it to a haircut? Why not discuss everything free that they get at ALL schools, including your own program?

Not sure that any of that matters. Most universities have hot tubs for the athletes that aren't available to the student body. Athletes have professional nutritionists, weight programs with S&C personnel and none of that is available for free to the student body. I would think this just falls under the header of convenience and not having to deal with the public to do small things.
