Gotta do whatever it takes to get Game 1 in. If that means playing 2 innings here, 2 innings there...that's what you have to do. The entire weekend hinges on game 1 getting complete.

Blaine Knight will remain in the game for Arkansas. Missouri will need to go to a reliever and will restart with Cameron Dulle.

Is it weird that the guy Mizzou fired last year is doing color for the game (and it's an in-house Mizzou crew)? To me that would be a little awkward no matter how amicable the split was.

Here's hoping Knight's arm doesn't fall off.

tough day for the Tigers. Tomorrow is calling for 90% rain, but it's one of those that's expected to hit, clear off for a bit, then hit again, so there's a pretty good chance it will get played. Sunday looks pretty good, so worst case, possible DH on Sunday.

We've been really dry and need the rain bad, but hopefully it will allow the games to get played. Selfishly too, as we've got 3 games tomorrow for our 11U kids.

Did the rain that hit the southern part of the state a week or two ago not hit Columbia? We've been getting rained on pretty hard down here.

Rain/storms with this weather pattern is going to be almost nonstop. Typical late March-early April

Today is the start, then again on Monday, then Wednesday and again next weekend.

Wait?

You mean to tell me that the constant reminders of Missouri's meager win streak will stop?

But on the bright side, their SoS won't be in the 200's anymore.

Knight's no Stanek, but his control is impressive.
