I don't know, but it's clearly the ref's fault

Or just wide open shots, period. Since our defense is evidently designed to provide offenses with as many open looks as possible with 1 pass.

This stinks bad! TV off. Going outside and work in the garden.

I'll check back later for the great comeback.

Blaming the refs is laughable. They have 12 more rebounds, 11 more assists, and half the turnovers. We are exactly the kind of team you would expect when the phrase "free lance" is in your defensive vocabulary. fricking laughable.

This a disaster everywhere. No defense, shitty officiating, you name it.

Do you see anything that I should be happy about?

This team has no chemistry nor leadership. This is frustrating given the talent we have.

If Barford doesn't go off late in the first half and Hannah's doesn't do the same in the 2nd half we lose by double digits at Vandy.

To lose in Stillwater is nothing to be ashamed of, but to get your arse beat in this fashion is embarrassing.

Hope we can make it a game in the 2nd half but this does not look like an NCAA Tournament team right now.

Of course I'm happy when there's something to be happy about. Does my absence of posts after a win mean I wasn't happy? Seriously? That's a fricking embarassing correlation to be making. I don't even get home until 9 or 10pm during the week (your time). So I don't get to watch a lot of games. But when I am watching, I see the same stupid defense.

My complaints about MA's philosophy haven't changed since he was hired. His defensive strategy continuously leaves the opposing teams with wide open shots. Instead of throwing out these ad hominem attacks that don't actually prove anything, how about prove that my point is false. Show me how the defensive framework that MA chooses to employ is really, truly the path to long-term success. Show me how college players are WAY better at pull-up 25 footers than they are at catch-and-shoot jumpers or wide open layups.

And if you CONCEDE it's NOT a falsehood, then lets have the discussion we should be having. Why are we paying a coach this much money to make boneheaded decisions?

This.

And should NEVER happen with "MA's best roster he's had at Arkansas." Especially when getting paid $2.2 million/year (which makes him one of the 25 highest paid college bball coaches).
