Breeding had a good punt there.. Gunners should have gotten to it..

Anyone remember when we used to have a vertical passing threat? We see no big passing plays anymore. So sad.

Losing Wright, Adams, and Childs hurt Arkansas more then they knew..

If I were a DC.. I'd have my best corner manned up on Hamilton the entire game.. And run my defense with 10 people in Zones, Man, Blitzes etc.. Stop Hamilton and you stop the Hogs.

Basically a spy concept on Hamilton.. And he will be double covered the entire game in a zone D because of the man and the zone player around him.

It wouldn't be a game thread unless you had LSU posters stopping by to flame.

They will be crying and whining when the same is returned to them later tonight...

At first I thought you were referring to me

I'm neutral on this game. Have a friend I went to high school starting at LT for Tulsa. Generally I cheer for Arkansas when they don't play LSU though.

it was not so much waht we lost, it was that we had NOTHING to replace them with, plus gragg being injuried all year.

a few rerecruits in the past few years, if we kept wade, and if gragg was not always hurt the WR core would not be as shitty

After Hamilton you had no really experienced guy at WR.

You had to move your back up QB to your #2 WR slot.

Also it all starts with the OLine.. Wilson has had people in his face every game.

Petrino recruited "athletes" very well.. But the OLine and DLine is where it really matters.

Nope, but I don't expect your game to be this close.

i'd like to think i know about our team a little better than a random lsu fan

Wade was adams replacement. he got kicked off the team. he was legit.;

outside of that, we just missed. Herndon, horton, lance ray - sucked, Neal Barlow- kicked off team, Herndon/ Horton aren't very good and what really hurt is last year's WR class which was supposed to be pretty good. Quinta Funderburk got home sick and went back home and he could have went anywhere in the country. Minor showed promoise but hasn't really caught on yet, and whitehurt just sucked all around.

so we were basically forced to have to recruit 2 impact wR's last year and we swung and missed on DGB and garner coudln't get eligible.

if Quingta and Wade worked out we would be very fine right now
