For those who are asking: Redpots are teh heads of Bonfire build. There are 3 IIRC and they oversee the build from the executive level. When on site, they are identified by red helmets.

I lost count while I was still a minor. But right now, I probably have 6-8 types of pot, and 4 kinds of different concentrates. And it would probably upset southern smokers with how cheap it was.

That claim seems like a liable suit if he made it up. I thought Texas Monthly was a respected magazine. Or is that just it's bbq list?
