Butch should be able to win his 8 games and keep his job.

Odom better be more than just on the hot seat. He better be on the way, out the door because there is no way he can fix this mess this year. And because he is responsible for this mess this year, he doesn't deserve another year.

I dont think Gus is in danger of getting fired after we win 10+ games this year, but I wouldnt be opposed to him leaving on his own.

Can Malzahn win at Mizzou? Serious question.

And I don’t mean win the national championship. I mean, make us competitive and be .500 in conference.

The fact that Odom has been D.C. 1 year and HC for 2 years and most people still don't know his name tells you all you need to know about the job he has done.

No. Not to be mean, but a lot of what makes Gus good is high end talented players. IF he lacks that, he is very sub par as far as coaching is concerned. At Missouri he would fail because the talent

Mac isn't hot seat yet, fans are on board but highly doubt the administration is.

Gus is unlikely as well..
Rest could be fired by years end.

butch a strong maybe
Sumlin a medium maybe
Bert a strong maybe
Shark man is a definite no
Yaw Yaw a definite no
mizz man a definite no

the definite no's are because of not being at their current school more than 4 years. I think the SEC loses 2 only this year

Well, low expectations and a viciously unfair recruiting disadvantage are exactly what Gus was built for. His Mickey Mouse offense was designed to do one of two things: 1) help lower- and middle-tier programs outscore other lower- and middle-tier programs; or 2) just hand the ball to Cam and hope for the best.

I'm a little surprised Derek Mason hasn't popped up on any of these hot seat lists.

Coach Eaux is NOT on any hot seat. Our roster is depleted in several important areas. If we have two straight bad years, year three his seat will be hot.

Butch: dead man walking and it's only getting worse from here, with teams like UGA and Bama looming

Sumlin: Judging from yesterday's game, he'll hang on. He won't be loved but he'll win just enough shootouts to scrape by for another year.

Bret: Personally, I think he'll hang on a bit longer. It's hard to fault his effort to develop Arkansas into a viable SEC team rather than a Petrino-ish C-USA team with good QBs to keep them afloat.

Mac: Completely safe. Not sure why his name is on this list. Gus is in more danger than Mac right now, and Gus will hang on another year

Yaw yaw: Completely safe. See above.

Odom: If the Missouri administration even remembers that they have a football team, he might be in danger. They don't. They're honestly puzzled by that 'stadium' thing looming nearby. Is it an amphitheater? A Nazi staging ground? The world's biggest and leakiest fishbowl? Rumors are running rampant but they've yet to come up with anything everyone can agree on.

Why? We're Vanderbilt. There's not a person at the university that expected better than what we currently have. Hell, yesterday's game notwithstanding, many of us have found our expectations actually exceeded.
