He says you don't sleep with someone who has less to lose than you do. He was making a point that he would have to sleep with Hillary if he were to cheat because she may be one of the very few women who doesn't have less to lose.

Chip Kelly is the guy. Personnel and system similar to what he wants to do and on the left coast where he recruited most of his Ducks. And Chip suddenly needs a job. It's a no-brainer. Also, unless the AD just went off half-cocked because of a blow-up with Dykes, why do you fire a guy in mid-January just before NSD and long after his last game? There have been stories of Dykes and the administration locking horns, but unless they just had a knock down drag out, this move makes no sense UNLESS you've been talking to Kelly on the down low gauging his interest.
