I wouldn't call Arkansas second rate... they have more potential than the Mississippi schools, they just have the same amount of success.

Honorable mention for moral championships, sounds just like Houston Nutt, I will say that the similarities are eerie. Bielema has embraced the Nuttisms already.

He's got no choice. The more time goes on the worse and worse Arkansas becomes as a program. They can't outspend anyone, they have no instate talent, they are surrounded in every direction by programs with more tradition, and they made a bad hire.

That was before Long made an assistant fundraising director with the Razorback foundation who wrote his own termination letter for one Bobby Petrino a scape goat and fired him. A lot of fans are getting it and feeling uneasy.
I believe that their was more to the Big 12 thing then we know, you see Long is smart. He tries to leak information to get what he wants and that is the only time it comes out. The guy has zero integrity unlike he claims to have. He leaked interest in Miami and Stanford to get a big raise out of Arkansas which happened. He leaked us to the Big 12 to try and get LSU to stop pushing for the TAMU game at the end of the season and it did not work. He has a way to manipulate things he wants done, I have never seen an AD with any school operate this way and I think it catches up to him. I bet he jumps ship within two years.

Petrino could have fielded a team all his best recruits during his tenure at Arky... and that army of three stars would have still rolled over against Sumlin.

Bielima was a great hire. I find it hilarous how many on the rant love to shite on him. His teams play great defense, run the football extremely well with hosses up front, and throw the ball well enough to keep running it. That will fit very well in the SEC, even tbough it may take him a little while to build the team he wants there while he still has Petrinos players.
