I don't see us being unranked at seasons end. If we were ranked #20 at the completion of 2009, no way we drop out of the Top 25. We just have to win 2 games out of that 5 game stretch and we are a 9-3 team with 3 wins to end the season.

Yet another reason that college football doesn't need a play-off system. SEC champ should play highest ranked champion of other conference for national honors. And yes, congratulations are in order for Florida State for last year's championship. Auburn had a great team and we LSU Tigers are proud to have been able to contribute to one of Aubie's two losses last year. (And this is in no way meant to disparage those Tigers from southeast Alabamastan.)

Thanks for the extra rankings, ABDIW. I'm surprised that Arky is so far below State after all the love the Piggies got from ESPN after Saturday's game.

I don't know, that seemed rather harmless. I'm also proud of myself for not sleeping on that car ride from New Orleans. I must have been a little too drunk or I wouldn't have given the locker room bulletin board material. I must have been the reason A&M lost. That last second motivation from the callous shite talking that seems to come from me. With such devastating phrases like, "failing effort" and "light years ahead" I don't know if I could make it late night cable without getting bleeped.

My favorite part of the thread was when the Mizzou dude said the East plays the West even and then somebody posted the W-L records completely disproving what he said, and the dude had the balls to respond that he didn't mean they were really that close, just kinda close.
