Yes he's that good
Leinart was a Top 10 pick. He started 16 games in 7 seasons.
Matt Barkley was being discussed as the possible #1 overall pick after his JR. season. He's basically a career backup.
I tookthe Jets 4 years to figure out that that they wasted a top 5 pick on Mark Sanchez who was never going to be a franchise QB.
All of the highly rated USC QB's since Carson Palmer have definitely been overrated. Cody Kessler may be the best of the bunch and he was a 3rd round pick.

Yeah and Scarbrough really earned it with those 800 yards.
60 yards per game is super elite. No way they could have found somebody more deserving
Josey Jewell is the most underrated player on this list. Dude gets no hype outside the Big Ten.
