And yeah, sodomized is a retarded stretch. It was a two TD game after we gave them 14 points with a pretty red bow on it on our first two offensive plays.

MSU is a great team and deserved to beat Auburn yesterday, but that was not a blowout.

Doesn't matter if the defender touched Coates; he didn't INTERFERE with Coates, nor did he slow Coates down; in fact they were stride for stride perfect coverage. Nor did he prevent Coates from reaching for the ball. Coates is the one that interfered, by pushing off the DB.

Look, I know Auburn fans are looking for excuses, it happens by every team after every loss. But those calls were correct. I didn't watch the game, maybe there were some bad calls, but not on those particular plays.
Agree with all of this. I only watched bits of the game and the video posted on the first page. I didn't see any bad calls.

ok. Ok. If the ref doesnt call Sammy for pushing off then Auburn would have won.

Nah. They threw up 38 points on that SEC East caliber defense.

Sometimes I forget why I hate Alabama and want them to lose every game, especially when I hang out in Tuscaloosa and everyone is cool as shite, then people like you remind me.

Lots of passive aggressive Barn posters....pretending to take the high road about the officiating

Former VP of officiating for the NFL

@MikePereira From what I see on the replays, the OPI call on Auburn was too technical. Seemed to be normal hand checking.

This guy thinks it was a bad call.

And MSU gifted AU by the picks, punt call, and muffed punt....see how that works?

You have already stated the same thing 3 or 4 times. How many more times are you going to post it? Even many non Auburn fans disagree with you

Well, Auburn fans keep coming up with different excuses to refute the obvious, so I just keep pointing out the fact; Coates pushed off and that's how he got separation. I've seen some fans agree, and some disagree. But the official made the correct call, so I don't mind repeating it after you repeatedly say otherwise.

Ritter's crew always screws AU.

AU lost the red zone battle - therefore the game. Both teams turned the ball over way to much but State executed in the Red Zone.

Your point is so obvious that the broadcast team for CBS, a former VP of NFL referees and the guy Fox Sports currently uses to analyze the replays of both college and pro games, and 99 percent of the posters in the game thread on this board all disagree with you.

Really have to give a lot of credit to AU fans handling of the calls.

If it was bama or lsu fans, it would be a totally different story.

You're joking right? My timeline was blowing up yesterday with Auburn grads complaining about the calls.

"It's hard to beat the #3 team in the country and the refs"

"I've seen some bad calls in my life, but this is just getting ridiculous"

At the end of the day this is all that matters and why AU lost.

The call on Coates was bullshite. That's normal hand fighting that happens on every play.

The pass interference call on the Auburn defense was bullshite, too. Jones got his head around.

Won't say it cost them the game, but they were shitty calls

Not even 99% of the people in this thread agree with your stance. Was it a nitpick call? Yeah. Was it still correct? Yes.

Auburn should have played better, end of story.

Yeah, we lost because they converted in the redzone and we didn't, but acting like that was a good call is ridiculous.
