People keep saying it's like a home game for LSU but I'm really not convinced it wont be 50/50.

They will do equal amounts to both fan bases and then general public right? For which I'm sure bama and lsu fans will gobble up equally. NOLA ain't far for the gumps to go either.

We are in it for sure, I would imagine lsu fans snag most of them up.

Sugar Bowl season ticket holders get a good chunk, and those are held by mostly LSU folks.

It'll be WAY closer to 50/50 than the other two Sugar Bowl NCs were, but it will still probably be 60/40 LSU IMO.

Think of the corporate seats. Many of those tickets go to locals.

17,500 for each school. Sponsors get the rest, suites go to Saints Suite owners first.

Each school gets a certain amount, split evenly.
Then there is about, my guess, 50% of the remaining seats go to corporate hob knobs in and around the New Orleans metro area, thus giving you your de facto home game for LSU.

60/40 LSU I'd say would probably be pretty close.

There is no such thing as a sugar bowl season ticket holder. And those who have purchased tickets for the sugar bowl in advance do not have rights to BCS CG tickets.

How do I get renewable Allstate Sugar Bowl Tickets?
We do not offer a renewable season ticket program at this time.

Are there multi-year packages available?
We will not be offering any multi-year packages this year. If it is decided to offer packages in the future, a notice will first be sent to those on our mailing list.

Golfer...you're incorrect. 4 year season ticket holders do get BCS tickets. How do you think so many ticket brokers cornered the market on tickets?

As for corporate sponsors, they are all over the map, which does not mean they stay local to NO.

According to the Sugar Bowl website there are no 4 year ticket holders.

He must know a committee member.

Been buying tickets to Sugar Bowl since 2004. No option in '07 or this year.
