I think the TD classic (I believe before the SEC Rant even or right when it began) was BT4LSU vs Cajunbama. There even seemed to be the potential for a possible death or at least hospitalization.

Kids cease being kids the moment they enter college. If they insist on adults treating them like adults, they should have zero problem with harsh criticism.

One night, I broke. Literally lost it. A poster named McKinneyHog on HV was doing his best kick Casey in the balls routine. We PM'd with such hatred it was beyond rationale. We decided on the Target parking lot at 121 and Custer. It's 1:30 AM, rainy and about 30 degrees, mind you. I drove 90 MPH to get there. Alone. He never showed and looking back I'm very thankful he did not.
Wow. That is incredibly sad.

99% of the time I couldn't give a shite less about the stuff said on this board, but I'm ashamed to admit I got legit angry once on this board. It was when Knile Davis went down with that ankle injury in the offseason of 2011.
The only time I can remember wanting to fight somebody from the internet was when I ran across our favorite son H.A. in the West Memphis shooting thread on Hogville. In a memorial thread for the officers that lost their life this dude is talking about nepotism in Arkansas and the reason they died was because they weren't properly trained. That they only got the job because they knew somebody, then went on about how he couldn't get a job in Arkansas because of that. I never offered to meet up with him, but I really wanted to kick his shite in.

Whoa. I cant imagine getting so upset over a message board poster that I'd want to meet up for a brawl. Good thing you didn't since a lot of people would want to make sure they were "prepared" with a knife or gun.
When I was in high school I did pull over on the side of a road one night to fight some guy that cut me off and almost caused me to wreck. Fortunately he didn't get out of the car when I did and just drove off. He could have easily had a weapon under his seat.

Young people think they're tough and always want to run someone down or meet someone to brawl.
The moment someone pulls out a gun or knife, you'll wish you had been more mature about any given situation and just shrugged it off.
It's harder but far smarter to simply walk away. Even Bruce Lee would tell you that.
