College football is crazy week to week
Sometimes it's when you catch an opponent, injuries play a factor, etc

Had no clue BYU was this bad but they had a tough opening schedule and they will get some wins now that the schedule eases up.

Syracuse is always dangerous in the Carrier Dome, even when Fournette went off, Cuse didn't quit and kept it closer than expected at the end.

NC State for two reasons.

Also, at this point, I have to pull against Kentucky and Georgia.

It is prudent to root for your opponent s to win, especially OOC ones.

Like the OP stated, he is rooting for ND to do well, for that provides bargaining power come playoff selection time.

Other than rooting for Saban to step in front of a lowrider (the only way he'd be tall enough to get hit), I don't worry what teams other than LSU are doing. If someone proves that rooting for teams to win or lose makes any difference at all then I would probably reconsider, but for now LSU is my only vice.

This. I only care about Arkansas(and that's really hard lately). And I will never pull for Notre Dame.
