Sounds like Mississippi had a less disciplined team.

Refs getting MS players use to what happens in college when Ole Miss & MSU plays at Alabama or Auburn I guess.

You can not spike the ball out of the shotgun. You have to be under center. How is this so hard to understand?

Can't be any harder than reading my last post in this thread.

Pretty simple if I had read that far before posting....Or as hard as saying "but that was the worst call ever"....when in reality you just don't know officiating!

Sorry I didn't know the obscure rule about spiking it out of a shotgun. Do you forgive me? If you do, then I'll forgive you for not reading through a thread that is barely into page two.

Hands down the most explosive guy on the field. At halftime he had like 4 touches for 110 yards, and a ~60 yard run called back on a block in the back. Didn't watch the second half.

Hmmm maybe....only if you you can answer me this. Can a HS official wave off a defensive pass interference flag if he deems the ball uncatchable?

No, it was State commit Justin Johnson with the supposedly, game winning catch.

Mix on looked real good, had great hands but was a tad small. That other Bama RB Canyon (SP?) looked like a future Yeldon until he went out with an injury.

Terrence Davis might have been the best WR on the field today. The again R. Lenard had a huge 1st half but some of that was having his QB tossing to him.

Dear had 1 decent run but looked like horrible (like I don't want to be here nor care attitude which is everything the Murrah faithful have been saying).

Lewis & Peters were trying to run around blocks & arm tackle until the last Qtr when they finally showed up. Lewis really came on strong at the end though.

Other than Abrahams, the no one stood out in the secondary while Adams and Joseph looked good up front.

The MS oline really couldn't run block but that is common in All-Star games.

Kerryon Johnson was the game MVP with 3 touchdowns. Not sure where he is committed.

Didn't watch but really excited from how well everyone said out players looked. Also I think Peters played OLB because they needed him there vs safety which is his normal position.

This game is a comedy of errors every year, and should be ended pronto. The fact that it's always been played in AL tells you who cares the most and that MS has had its head up its arse. MS will never win this game again.

Why did the Starkville coach insist on keeping his QB in at the end? He was terrible in the second half.

OLB will be his normal position on college though. He lined up at DE at one of the practices too. I wish we could've gotten him but he hasn't given a frick about us in forever. Oh well, we got the only player from Mississippi that truly matters.
