Jerseys are nice. I'd like to see UF in a gray combo to see if it worked.

The pants are blech for sure.

It doesn't matter how many injuries LSU has, we will win either way. Honestly I would rather play a healthy lsu team to proove how much better we are.

LSU HANGS IN THERE FOR THE FIRST DRIVE, BUT CAN'T KEEP UP! COCKS SCORE EVERY TIME THEY GET THE BALL! 47-3!

Does anyone else think this screen name is odd or find it a bit disturbing?

Hopefully Big Byron will be available to play at least in a back-up role: our depth at DL is pretty thick but he's a major contributor to our run defense being so good....with LSU's pound-it-up-the-middle power run game, we can ill afford to lose our biggest, widest, and strongest DT.

Gerald Dixon Jr. (6-3, 304) a RS Fr. is listed as Jerideau's back-up. J.T. Surratt (6-2, 295) a 3rd-yr. So., was Jerideau's projected backup after fall camp, but he fell out after being suspended due to academics. Now that he's back with the team and playing well, I expect him to possibly move past Dixon Jr. as the starter. Either way we'll have plenty of guys to fill the role, but they'll be less experienced and won't be as physical IMO as BJ.

Hopefully Byron can get in on some snaps at least to factor into the game....big linemen play on gimpy ankles a lot anyways, and I don't think the injury was all that serious to begin with...

As far as Auguste: he is a solid player and one of the most experienced, but we'll need him more down the road for the passing opponents we'll face, and LSU - nor UF for that matter - won't be one of them. We've gone through the first 4 games this season without him and did well, so we'll be fine in that area IMO....

We're down 6 starters and 22 scholarship players (including down to our 3rd string LB at one spot) from the spring

Just unreal

CNB,
I live here in SC after growing up in Louisiana. HUGE Tiger fan and have several friends here who are HUGE Cock fans. Let me tell you how happy I am to see this team doing well versus that bunch from Clemson. Just a casual observation but from the first day I arrived here, I got along much better with the USC fans over the Clemson fans. IN 2003 we took the kids to see LSU play in Columbia. The SC fans treated us like gold and since that day I've been a Cock fan myself.

Here's to a good game Saturday night.

Good. I'd feel much confident about the season even if we eke out a win.

Glad to hear we've treated you well. I'm still thinking about a last minute trip to BR, I loved going to Death Valley in 2007, even though it was a rainy 11am game.

Would kill someone to see it at night this weekend.
