of course not, did anyone feel bad for us in 2011? Hell no this entire board was one big circle jerk.
It's just like it happened yesterday, huh? ...and we're talking about long melts!

Auburn winning would have been the biggest crime in college football since Colorado's 5th down.

National championships are supposed to be built on talent and execution.

Not on horsecollars and hailmarys.

Love aubs assuming that the future only portends greater achievements. How'd that season after you won your last natty work out for you? Delusion, thy name is Auburn!

What exactly are you talking about? It looks like the tidefans types have decided to show their faces again.

For your sake I'm glad we didn't win. No telling what you'd have done to yourself or others.

They played above their yearlong performance. FSU barely scraped by. Aubbies can hold their head high. I was cheering for FSU but Auburn definitely earned some respect. It was a fun game to watch.

To quote bill shakespeare... it's better to have loved and lost than to have never loved at all. Granted it doesn't feel like it right now.

Coming off of the year they had last year? Auburn had one of the greatest (if not THE greatest) turnaround years I've ever seen in my 25+ years of watching football since I was a kid. They were fuggin' 0-8 in the SEC last year. Only to beat like 4 top 5 teams this year.

I feel worse for Arkansas fans who have never even sniffed a chance of playing for the BCS championship.

Considering where AU was last season, I can't feel bad over a 3 point loss to a team we were predicted to lose to by double digits. Auburn came a long way, and the one silver lining to losing the Natty is they'll still stay hungry and determined to win next season (and thereafter), after seeing Bama collapse in the Sugar Bowl, it was obvious they were (and have been) overly spoiled by recent success. Maybe I'm in the minority, but I'll take the big wins we had during the regular season over a Natty, anytime. IMO, nobody should feel bad for AU, they had a great season, they have a solid coach who was instrumental in their big turn around, and hopefully he'll be as successful in landing top recruits. The program is on the rise, and I feel quite good for them...WDE

Auburn was the better team IMO. The breakdown on the short pass that resulted in getting Fla. State set up for the winning TD was inexcusable. It reminded me of the play where Ark. made mid-range pass against LSU on last play of 1st half and the DB's collided. PP7 (Patrick "The Great" Peterson) did all he could to try and prevent TD.

Winston was just completing short mid-range passes down the field on the last drive. I truly believe if the DB's had not collided that Fla. State would have run out of time and lost the game.

Props to Auburn for playing a great game. How LSU beat them earlier in the season is almost inconceivable. BTW: Onsides kick call could have went either way.... The offense for the War Eagles was relentless. The defense played a great game all the way up until the end. They deserved a better "fate." Props to the War Eagles! Great season!
