Don't kill me I'm just the messenger and found this tidbit of info

"Mizzou is getting tired of losing to South Carolina. I think they've only beat them once since joining the SEC. They even tried to make this game a rivalry by creating the Columbia Cup trophy but Mizzou fans doubt it's existence because they havnt seen it. The battle of Columbia's or something like that. Even the 2 years Mizzou won the SEC east trophy they lost the Columbia Cup. I've heard they're petitioning to move to the west and not have South Carolina as their permanent opponent ".

I think it’s funny that Missouri’s had some pretty good teams yet struggled against South Carolina. While A&M has really been mediocre and yet has dominated South Carolina

I have no doubts about this and USC is clearly going to win this.

I hope.

Cause I put money on USCe.

You dominated us 1 game. The rest have been close. In terms of W/L? Yes domination.

It's not ironic because he didn't say that SC dominated Mizzou. The Aggie was wrong on both accounts.

That's the irony of it all because Mizzou has owned Texas AM. College football is a great game

If there's a team and fanbase that can identify with the heartbreak and letdowns of being a Gamecock fan, it's Mizzou. For that, and the geographical distance, I don't think this game will ever be a rivalry like some people want it to be.

Hot fricking take right there

This is just stupid....it was and will be the "Battle of the Columbias", that's why the mayor came up with a trophy.

Indeed. Oddly enough, there is something about the SC-Mizzou game. Massive chokes, wild weather, last second FGs, QBs off the bench, and generally some of the clunkiest football you've ever seen played.

I guess I'm okay with Mizzou now since it is always a crazy game. But when they gave us A&M as a permanent rival and then found a connection between SC and Texas from the Alamo and made some lame trophy I just can't get on board with it, and we can't beat those fricks which makes it 10x worse.
