It was kentuckys first win since 1984 and was a true low point for the Vols.

We had about 30 more rock bottom moments over the next ~12 years.

1/9/12 is the obvious answer. So I'll give a couple that really set me off.

Moo State 2020 - Whatever LSU was doing was just baffling to watch.

2018 Aggie 7OT - Call it freak circumstances. Call it piss poor officiating. That game just made me go wtf with college football. That game felt rigged at the very end.

That being said... WHY WAS JONATHAN GILES STILL FIELDING PUNTS??

5 downs. And they still didn't score. And the mother frickin big 8 refs gave it to them to keep the bastards in contention for their mythical national championship.

LSU @ Ole Miss 2009. Tigers after an inside kick recovery and big play had a first down at the Rebel 32 trailing 25-23 with less than one minute left. The four plays which followed were enough to sicken even the least squeamish.

What a horrible night to be an LSU football fan. Thanks Jordan Jefferson and Corch Les Miles

Garcia's final game ... for a reason.

Worse loss than that, one that was actually stolen from us by the refs ... Peyton's jr season in Williams-Brice. That was '96 I think.

2006 OU Oregon game. Oregon onside kicks, Oregon touches the ball before it advances 10 yards and Sooners recover it. Both calls are missed. While the refs are trying to dig through a pile the OU player is off to the side holding up the ball. Pac 12 replay gives Oregon possession. Have hated the Pac 12 and Oregon since that day.

Georgia getting their guts stomped out by Vandy on Homecoming, 1994. Vandy. Ray Goff should have been fired on the spot, but he was allowed another year before it happened.

The games I get "angry" over are the ones we had no business losing. The 16 UGA game where we let UGA win without scoring an offensive touchdown because road Gus. The 17 LSU game where we let a bad LSU team come back from a huge deficit because road Gus are two that had me raging.

If I still cared half as much as I used to this year's Alabama game would be on the list for rushing two on 4th and 31.

I know it says football but getting absolutely hosed in the Final 4 had me irrational.

I know it's easy to blame all of this on Miles, but this was a Miles/Jefferson/Gary Crowton special.

Got to the OM 33 with a minute left. Jefferson runs himself into a 10 yard sack. This was 100% on JJ. Follow that with a poorly set up screen pass. Now it is 4th and forever with the clock running. The rest is well known (Why did Miles take 15 seconds to call a timeout, no one knows).

Crowton could have run the ball up the middle 3 times and had a decent chance to win. Instead he went with the QB who ended up being sacked 37 times in 2009.
