The next three years of Rebel football, particularly offense, will not only extend the employment of Hugh Freeze, it will become the greatest folklore in Ole Miss football history.

I always wait and see before I get excited even with our own new recruits / players. I doubt he will be a bust, he was too good in HS. But we've all had highly praised players who either didn't pan out or were just good players but never became what we expected.

It will be interesting to see his progression for sure. Kid has some tools.

ETA: He is probably one player Ole Miss did not buy. I think he liked their scheme.

I've seen a lot of badass football players in my life best 3 were: Fournette, Dalton Mack and Shea.

Yeah, Patterson is really talented! Will it all be for nothing though? With probable sanctions coming, possibly no bowl game or 2, and recruits may not go there due to this. He may just be playing for draft status the next few years.

I will start this by saying you never know until you see them playing SEC football. But I got a chance to watch him play a game down at IMG against a solid Florida team and he Killing it. He just looks comfortable on the field.
