You can make whatever excuse makes you sleep better at night. Common sense says your loss was to arguably one of the least talented Bama teams in recent memory by two touchdowns, but y’all spin it that you are better come on. With that said you’d be third best in the conference. But that’s just logic which is lost in many people around here. As a logical LSU fan our offense is elite, and our defense is pop Warner which tells me we will probably lose 1 to 2 more games, at least I can be honest with myself about that.

amazing that 8 and 12 would be that close. we were up 10 with 9 min. Just have to tackle on 4th and long.
oh well, we are what we are. Its just frustrating because Rattler is playing better than any qb I have ever watched USC.

Pretty much everything. Ole Miss lost to Bama. They are hardly the best team in the West. LSU would beat Tenn & Ky with an improved LSU Defense and those teams lethargic Offenses. No way is LSU behind either Tn or Ky. LSU lost to a good, but not great Ole Miss & a Top 4 FSU.

I don't get how everyone is just turning a blind eye to how absolutely shitty Ole Miss' defense is as well just because they beat LSU. Regardless, it will be LSU or Bama representing the West again in Atlanta because Ole Miss will Ole Miss at some point soon.

I don't think our defense is shitty. We held Arkansas to 20 points, which was less than both Bama and LSU. I think Daniels is just that good, we were just better. Setting that game aside, we're giving up 18.8 points per game.
