Miles is 39-21 at LSU after going 4-12 at OSU. Saban was 14-10 at LSU.

Two things here.

1. Tells me those PAC 12 teams that get ranked aint worth a shyt.

2. These ranking are crap because for many years the AP and UPI ( COACHES POLL ) only had 20 teams in them and for a few years in the 60's some polls had only 10 teams ranked.

Also, only ranked teams at the end of a season should actually count as ranked teams in reality, you can beat a top 5 team to start the season, and if they finish 2-8 DID YOU RELLY BEAT A RANKED OPPONENT ?

This shyt has more holes in it than a thief stealing Gold from Fort Knox.

Bob Toledo claims a victory over a Top 5 Alabama team in 2000. But everyone knows that Alabama team he beat in the first game of the season finished 3-8.

No, it is not end of season.

I clicked on Chip Kelly, you can click on any coach, and I got this notation.

College Football Trivia Board

Years 1936-2014

Opponents that are/were ranked during game time

Highest rank of the AP or Coaches poll.

NOT AND END OF YEAR RANKING = WORTHLESS TRIVIA.

END THREAD/.

Especially since old coaches had less ranked teams 20, but more so because beating a 5-5 team early might get you a top 25 win. Bullcrap.

You might as well have gone to 35 given who is in the group.

Yeah, well that's how I got to 30 in the first place. I figured I had to draw the line somewhere.
