He was just raw. He didn't do shite in the NBA for a few years either. He developed physcially and learned his role. He is the ulitame shot blocking, rebounded, dunking, pick setting machine. That is all he does. Now he just needs to focus on FTs and he'll be a HOF and average 13-14-2 the next 6 years.

Deandre Jordan doesn't count as an SEC player. He played in 2007-2008 when A&M was still in the Big 12 at that time and he made the All Big 12 Rookie Team.
