How is it a stretch? Going to the NFL early doesn't inherently have anything to do with ego. If it did all of LSU's players would be just as bad as Manziel, right? I doubt any of them left purely for ego, just like I do with Manziel. You're singling him out and ignoring everything else.
I understand that he's probably going to leave next year. I may not like it, but I'm okay with it. I don't get why it's such a huge deal.

Johnny Manziel can leave college as being the or one of the best players of all time. He is doing all of this by partying with celebrities, banging hot bitch(es), living the life, and destroying opponents.
