6'4'' 260 and ran a 4.47 and a 4.49 40 "at a combine."

There is no way that can be correct, is there? But if it is even close...DAYUM. This was written in an update on our incoming recruits from this past class.

What is the best 40 time you've ever seen for a big man? What were his ht, wt and 40 time?

Supposedly Ken Adams ran a 4.4/4.5 electronic timed 40 this spring. He is a big dude but I'm too lazy to look up his measurables

On other athletic interests: "I ran 4.47 at a combine and 4.49. I ran 11.2 in the 100 at my last track meet." That's pretty good for a 6'4 260lb DE

I imagine those times were a little fudged, and before he beefed up to 260, but make no mistake, Hill will be a force at the Jack position.

As you can see in the first couple of clips, he isn't slow or small.

If you've see any of his highlight videos, you can tell he's lighting quick off the edge. Hill and Stinson were born to play the Jack. We're in great shape moving forward, even if Upshaw has a great season and leaves early.

Out of Upshaw,Alfy Hill,Ed Stinson we will have 3 great players fighting for playing time.I really think Stinson will be the best.

That time is possible both Montgomery and Adams run a 4.4. Mingo was also pretty close to a 4.4 last week

Stinson is probably the most ready between he and Hill but Hill has a much higher ceiling. The kid could be a top 10 pick if he puts it together. He's why I don't get how Auburn fans can be so thrilled with the fact that they "stole" Sanders from Bama.Hill is better and made Sanders extremely expendable.Sanders saw the writing on the wall.I can understand that the Aubies were happy to get a player like Sanders but all the "stole him away" stuff was/is laughable when comparing the 2 players. Also letting Sanders get away helped a lot with Bama having room for Adian Hubbard who also has way more upside than Sanders.Hill was known as one of the fastest big athletes on the class last year nationally.

Adrian Hubbard will be a terror off the edge too.

I agree once he learns to play the game.he looked like a quick learner at the UA game last year.I think he'll make Bama fans completely forget about not getting the Gholston kid last year. Not quite as big naturally(weight) or strong but imo is a much better athlete and that's says a lot because Gholston is a very good athlete as well.
