Rehiring Gus can’t sound half bad now...
Maybe he’ll take a discount.

This is what happens when you try to pull some back door shite and your fanbase revolts. Now they have no plan in place and no money to spend on a new coach and his staff plus the buyouts from Gus's staff.
I think that's why you're seeing a lot of reports come out saying that the people they are interviewing can't bring their own staff. And that's because they can't afford to pay off the old one.

My God what a shite show

That’s not the case. The PTB wants some control still

You’re referring to the Steele rumors I guess? Just curious.

Breaking: Auburn contacts Saban. Expectations are that he'll stay as head coach of the tide.

They're now in the stage where they're calling un-getables to make it seem legit.

What would it take for that guy to leave Clemson? I swear he is responsible for half of Clemson's success. It helps when you aren't rotating coordinators every couple of years. I guess he's comfortable getting paid a cool 2.4m without taking on all the stress of a HC.

so Auburn fans created the StopSteele campaign and now some guy on the Auburn board suggests they start a StopClark campaign. Not even a joke.

I know the Auburn boosters are a problem but the fans aren't helping matters

You know by the 30th time Venables had turned down a job you’d think people would learn he’s not leaving Clemson
