Alabama vs. MSU

Isn't Miss. St. the closest SEC school to Alabama?

We never stacked the box against LSU.

False. There were 8 or more players within the 8 yard "box" on 8 of Fournette's 19 runs, two of which should be discounted since they occurred on the goal line. What's more, with LSU's lack of play-action calls, the secondary was able to fly to the ball, as any well-trained team will do. There were secondary defenders involved on 12 of the 19 tackles of Fournette, mostly as assists. 'Bama's front 7 is the best in college football again, however they got considerable aid from their cohorts on the back end.

Mississippi State and Alabama are the two closest schools in the SEC

Our receivers are probably the best unit of receivers in the conference

Derunnya and Fred Ross are dangerous but that's really all state has. They aren't deep at WR as a unit.. Top 5 in the conference? Maybe.. but certainly not the the best.

I'm not sure you're very educated on this topic. Wilson, Ross, Thomas, Gray, Dear, Myles, Walley, and Hutcherson are all pretty reliable hands. Very well could be the best receiving bunch in the SEC

Fred Brown and Donald Gray have been very good as well. The receiver depth has been very helpful for Dak to improve his numbers. Ole Miss, LSU, and A&M can also make a claim for WR corps, but only 1 has a QB that can get it to them.

Chad Kelly is averaging about 300 yards a game, so I'd say he hasn't had a ton of trouble.

Considering that is who I was speaking of between the three teams besides State, I agree...

It's not even the best in the state of Mississippi.
