I suppose the college football playoff committee also subscribes to said idiocy.

Yes, but their stadiums are much more intimidating than yours.

Since we are so enamored with stats, explain how LSU only had 280 total yards and 7 points against the team with the 54th ranked defense in college football.
See, meaningless stats are fun.

Selective... you picked out stats that made you feel less threatened... the leagues #2 offense and #1 defense... that's what you need to worry about.
It's like LSU fans are hoping Bama plays bad on the road automatically...Bama jumped out 27-0 on UT.. on the road in a loud stadium with over 100k in it... with fans just as ready to put a stop to their 7yr, pre- iPhone streak as you are of your 3yr.. post 21-0 streak. We had to endure that horrible rocky top and had to hear "3rd down for what?!" about 16 times converting about 13 of them. I don't know why yall act like this is Bama's 1st trip ever to BR.. in our history. BR just stands for Bama Rolls!!

Easy. We started a true freshman with 0 previous starts. He doesn't start for us now. We also play much more efficiently along the offensive line now.

So what you are saying is that what happened 5 weeks ago will have no meaning on what happens this coming Saturday?
Good to know you just made a fool of yourself when you look at the meaning of your first post.

Dude, get off muh nuts. Tennessee has plenty of talent at most of the skill positions these days. It's not my fault you don't know anything about Tennessee except for the fact that "Bama gets to play them every year."

That was clever. Did you come up with that yourself? Print the t-shirts. You'll sell millions.
Your rank is irrelevant. Your road team is also quite a different team than your home team. Say what you will about Tiger Stadium, but there's a reason it is ranked hands down the toughest place to play. Your QB will find this out on Saturday the same way Bo did. I'll be there savoring every minute.

Stats never tell the true story. Serious question though. Why did UT have so many rushing yards in a game they were immediately done 27-0? Kinda weird. Another case of stats meaning shite?

Transcend....Just stop already. You are making a fool of yourself with these stats but then saying your stats from weeks ago don't matter. Ya'll may win and you may not....just let it play out dude.

But the selective stats you pulled out for us against UT and Arky are not?

We looked pretty good in front of 100k+ on the road against UT.

So should we just call the athletic department and tell them not bother with the trip since you will be there to savor it?
