As it isn't fair to any of the SEC teams if they are locked in.

We won the ship in 92 and 09 sec champs in 99... Maybe you should go 2000-2007

I was pointing out Bama wasn't nearly as dominate during that period. Heck, even before that as well.

I mean, Tennessee won more SECCG's and NC's you did during 1992 to 2009.

Football is cyclical and Bama will fall off again just like you have several times in the past. Same with every team in the SEC. Well, same with every team, ever.

...uhh no they didn't lol. They won the SEC in 97 and 98. Won the NC in 98. We won the SEC in 92, 99, and 2009. NC in 92 and 2009.

In the meantime, Florida has never had an undefeated season.

Mike DUBOSE beat spurrier twice IN 99.

And Tebow cried in 09

As a BAMA fan who watched Florida, tn, and Lsu all take their turns, as well as AU (AU?!?) win sec and national, I will attest to more than enough parity in the SEC.

This is a tough conference for every team, but the top 6-7 recruit well enough that any year can be lightening in a bottle.

Alabamas just lucky enough right now to again have an elite coach recruiting at an elite level. It's bound to change again sooner than I want but I'm enjoying the ride.

SORRY! Between 1993 and 2008. 15 year period where Bama wasn't the dominate force in the SEC.

It really doesn't matter. The point is, you guys weren't as dominant as you are now. And in the near future, you won't be.

Happens to every single team. Notre Damn, Ohio State, Michigan, Florida, etc.

Every fan wants it to last forever but it won't.

Hence, no reason for Bama to secede. Their fans will be part of the melts soon too.

Technically not true, the 1911 team went 5-0-1

Never had a perfect season

Alabama has had a few periods of being "down". But historically, Alabama owns the SEC, is the Bell Cow of Southern Football.

You may not like the facts, but you don't get to change them.

Alabama was the dominant team in the South in the 1920's, 30's, 40's, 60's, 70's, won 1 natty and 2 SEC's in the 90's and from 09 to now.

So outside of the 50's, the 80's and 2000 to 2007, Alabama has run the show in the SEC.

Can agree with you on most of that, but UF ran the show in the 90's.

Are you sure you don't want to change that to '93-08? '92 & '09 didn't work out well for you guys.
