Here's the bottom line. If you want Bama to play a tougher SEC schedule, it's imperative for the SEC to go to a nine-game conference slate. With an eight game schedule, SEC teams are only playing two out of the possible seven teams in the opposite division and one of those teams are a permanent opponent every year. There's a 50% chance that Bama will avoid playing USCe, UGA, and Florida in any given year. There's no conspiracy to help Bama.

To say things like "we were a td away from a split championship" and talking about being one bad game away from being GOAT...that's tree-poisoning, teabagging, we-beat-ourselves Gumpdom right there.

I'm just saying that's how fricking good LSU was all season long. A team with an undefeated season facing the hardest schedule in CFB history.. that's no fricking joke. They earned the benefit of the doubt and with a win in January would have been without question a top three all-time team.. with Jordan fricking Jefferson at QB.

They shite the bed in january, so all that is nothing but woulda shoulda and coulda.

OH, so you were better because of your OOC games.

YES! We were better because we faced multiple top 5 teams and beat them. We faced #3 three different times last year and beat them all before the NCG.

You gotta admit that it's fishy.. they roll out a new 2-year temporary schedule and it's stacked to help Georgia/Alabama out. They could have easily fixed the schedule up so both LSU and Alabama get 1 tough opponent from the east.. and Florid and Georgia get 1 tough opponent from the west.

I would rather a 9 game SEC schedule because it sucks only seeing some east teams only once every 8 years.

Well if you were so much better, how do you explain that 21-0 arse whooping and only crossing the 50 one time?

In a perfect world..

9 game SEC schedule.
1 OOC game
4 SEC divisions.. West, East, North, South
Champs of each division in a 4 game play-off.

12 games total. Champion goes to Sugar or BCSCG.

Nope. I want Bama fans to stop posting shite like "Bama would have beat LSU 9 out of 10 game last year", but that won't happen because there aren't many Bama fans that can show that much respect for other teams.

Florida will never go for it though. They have to play LSU and Florida State every year. Their schedule is going to be brutal.

Stop the fricking whining Tiger fans! I hate the new age tiger fans that whine about CLM, Mett, aTM, Bama, Saban... You're fricking embarrassing us! Bama deserves to go. Next year let's not lose 2 and win more convincingly. Then we can go.

Thank you. And cry baby fans? Shut the frick up.

I explain it as having to play the best team on our schedule 2 times in the same year with an less than stellar QB. I also believe that the LSU players last year were less than enthusiastic about having to play a do-over against a team they already beat.

Agree 100% about showing respect. Most Bama fans are more respectful than what is posted on message boards.

Florida needs to quit whining until they start leaving their state to play top 10 teams. If we can do it on a regular basis then they can too.

Same with LSU fans. Although I've been known to troll IRL too

They did seem a little mopey in the Superdome? Odd, seeing as it was a pretty important game..

Not the same. LSU doesn't have to play a program like fsu every year. They dominate that state as well they should.

I'm not saying they shouldn't play tough occ out of fla, but their situation is not like LSU at all
