Manning was listed no.50 in the 2012 version (2011 season).

I can't explain that one, but Julio was 26 on the list in 2013. Wasn't on the list in 2014. Was 13 on last years list. His play has always been consistent. The only hiccup was the injury during the 2013 season.

Right! Because it's only accurate when it benefits Bama? Jesus, you guys get rustled over this shite.

No it's more that PFF makes the list following their grading metrics which they get by looking at hundreds of hours of tapes of every player in every game. PFF is so well respected that NFL teams even use their services.
While this list is compiled by a select group of NFL players (not all get a chance to vote) who in no way can watch all their fellow players play every game.
This list is made more of joke becuase it has THREE OL in the list with the highest being at 37. LSU should have had 6 because Trai Turner should've been on the list but he wasn't becuase he's an OL.

You're the one that started a thread about Bama players and have responded in it more than anyone else including your fellow LSU fans have so I'd say you're the one that's rustled.

There are plenty of younger Bama players I could mention. CJ moseley made all pro as a rookie Amari Cooper etc. Bama players are drafted higher and make more money than LSU players. The list and accolades are nice, but the money says it all.

And when will CJ and Cooper resign their second contracts; bump this thread then. Let's see if they break records like OBJ and Landry.

I have never understood this line of thinking. All a school can do is tell them they have a good chance of being a future first rounder if they put in the time and effort. Everything that happens after they are selected is up to the player....not the school.

Or a school can tell them "play here against our annual competition, using our facilities and coaches, surrounded by our support systems for both during and after college and you have a higher-than-usual chance of becoming one of the best players at the professional league."

6 players in the Top 100 spanning the past 15 or so years is a pretty good indicator of preparing players to do well.

You should read through this thread. You're the only one rustled. Probably why you started the thread anyways.

your guys don't really excel in the NFL. Explaining why so many UA guys fell in the last draft. I didn't write that article.

List is fricking stupid. I can name at least 3 other Bama alums that should easily be on that list.
