Our offensive line was disappointing this year. What the voters were looking at when they gave them the Joe Moore award I'll never know. I think Harris will be fine, if he can get some blocking.

Hurd and Kamara were both on the bench by the end of the 3rd quarter in both games. And Vandy had a decent defense this year. Neither one EVER got anywhere near 40 carries in a game. But yeah, we're the stat padders

There is potential, but Im not calling Alabama's backfield better than anyone at this point. Bo, Harris and Emmons are all unproven. Plus we will be replacing a Center and RT.

And we're the national champions. Enjoy the offseason, it's the only time UT is considered a contender.

Replacing the center is scary. You saw what happened this year when Kelly was out.

You'd think that after 8 seasons of 10+ wins and multiple titles, with a slew of 'game managers' at quarterback two of whom first year starters, when we've churned out two heisman winners and another heisman finalist, that Alabama's running game would get a little respect.

But by all means, tell us about how great everybody else is going to be

Not sure, but next season might be the first time Bama will have a very inexperience RB in the backfield.

Every RB under Saban has had some meaniful playing time the season before they took over. Ingram played some, TR played some, Lacy played some, Yeldon played some, and Henry played some before starting. The next Bama RB, not so much. I have no doubt Bama will have a RB who can run the rock, but picking up blitzes and other RB assignments are important skills to learn in realtime. Hopefully Bama's next batch of RB's are ready for the challenge.

Fournette and Guice are the best of the bunch.

Of course they are - L5U has the best of everything.

Last year at this time they made the best coaching hire in Steele. On October 31 they had the best team in CFB. This year they've made another best hire for DC. There's just no beating L5U, they're the best at everything.

Aren't you guilty of what we're always being accused of? You're off-season assuming that your guys are better than our proven guys, with no on-field evidence.

Is the replacement center set to be the guy who took snaps when the first string went down?

He def needs more reps.

There is no doubt in my mind that Jalen Hurd will be a higher draft pick, and more successful in the NFL, than Derrick Henry.

Kamara is expected to return. Fact.
