How is violently exposing another man's arse not a penalty?

Honestly, it looks like he was trying to pull people off or away from the pile. He reached out, instinctively, probably, and grabbed whatever was in front of him. It just so happened to be Ragland's trousers.

Should have been a penalty for giving him the business down there.

Wishing he was an Aggie?

Guessing he was wanting to pull #19 away from the pileup....think about it. It worked, right? 19 forgot all about the pileup.

This is in the rule book? Tell me it isn't.

To me, it's the very definition of a "personal foul."

If that old ACC ref can use "Givin' him the business" as a foul, I think the refs could have found something like this.

It probably is in the category of "meddlin' with an opposing player's credentials of a personal nature" or "messin' with an opposing player's personal business".

I've heard of players having their pants 'inadvertently' pulled down while being tackled but this was calculated. Something makes me think that Logan Stokes might have an older brother.
