Exactly, you can't say "we have the best coach, we have the best players" then get your arse handed to you by OU. And don't give me that "they weren't motivated" shite. Good teams don't need motivation to win.

Wholeheartedly...LSU takes a backseat to NOBODY in terms of overall talent. What is hurting LSU is losing so many juniors to the NFL draft.

Bama has more 1st round draft picks but the NFL is starting to figure out most of these players have reached their full potential and that saban has drained them physically and emotionally.

LSU players still love the game when they leave LSU and it is evident in how well many of them are performing in the NFL.

We are not discussing the 2013 crimson tide. This thread is about the 2014 crimson tide

Well, lsu was clearly out talented in Tuscaloosa last year, and Alabama had a first round pick last year. Basically everything he said was bull shite

You have a soft weak feeble unproven QB that loves to bullet his passes into the ground

Plus a full retard at OC. Plus a frosh LT.

Cant wait

Saban is paid to win championships at Bama...pretty sure there aren't any performance bonuses for how many players he puts in the NFL. The drafting of our players by the league is ancillary and up to the players to make the most out of their opportunity.

Well, most of them do leave after 3 years. And I doubt that they're saying, "Damn, I love LSU so much that I'm gonna make this tackle."

First of all, no.
Second, Bama does not have the best players of everyone everywhere. They've got some great players and some young players with a lot of potential, kinda like a lot of other teams in the SEC.

I really don't get the arrogance of the Bama faithful this year. You've got a kid who has never started a game at QB, a brand new offensive system and a really so-so offensive line.
Compound that with the fact that your sainted HC is having trouble keeping up with the evolution of modern college

Ask not form whom the bell tolls, Gumps.
