Tennessee went 34-4 from 96-98 (best they have done in modern era), and 31-2 from 38-40.

ETA...UT went 53-1-5 between '27-'32. That's one loss in 6 seasons.

I think the best LSU has done in a three year stretch is 34-6. Les did it twice (05-07; 10-12).

You all fired a coach that went 34-6 over a three year span..........twice

It is interesting only 3 teams have won 60 or more games in the last 5 years.
1. Alabama 64-7
2. Ohio State 61-6
3. Clemson 60-9
FSU just missed at 59-9.

I see you're taking the 3 Alabama losses into consideration.

Yeah, but if you take out the ref assisted wins, it's much less.

I think that is the most games Bama has ever won in 3 consecutive years.
What is your teams best record in 3 consecutive years?

2007-2009: 35-5
2003-2005: 34-4.
1968-1970: 30-2-1

41 and 4 is truly amazing. Ridiculous really. That's an average of almost 14 wins a year. Sick!
